I dont know what to do?

my mom was told she has hep. c, and i have been wanting to have a baby for the longest time i'm only 18 but i'm about to be 19, and i live in tennessee for right now till may, thats when i graduate high school, and march 14, im goin to go to texas were my mom and dad and fiance live, for spring break, well my fiance wants me too take my birth control so i dont get pregnant but he wants a baby, but i don't cause i want to be a mom and i want my mom to met her grandkids, i dont know what to do, i'm really stressed out cause i just keep finding out bad things here and there. can someone give me some GOOD advice and not stupid!
