Which is better a monthly salary of QR 38000 in Qatar or DHS 40000 in Dubai?

Definitely Dubai, it is a very nice place to be in, very professional people and the locals are very nice, even expacts from europ has gained some of our arabic habits (they smile to you even if you don't know them), to be honest i have never been to Qatar, but I am living in Dubai and the worst thing i can think of is traffic (and rent fees, but it is the same for Qatar), and the best thing is how secure you feel here, as i used to live in a villa in al quoz and i used to forget the door open but i was sure that nothing bad will happen, also one more thing to be tacken into consideration is your line of work, do some research and see which country is better or more advanced but trust me when i tell you that you will be very happy here.
