Is Driving While On Whiskeys Of Serious In USA?

Not if your under the influence or alcohol or drugs.... There is no way you can be behind the wheel ... I tryed and I got a DUI... Driving under the influence!.. I crashed ... and have payed ofer 3000$ in fines so far! on top of school and Community service ... I wouldnt do it!
