Help on cl report Topic: pregnancy?

is pregnancy possible without copulation?i mean natural pregnancy not artificial insemination.i saw an episode of CSI that said by just spraying the semen over the of the female, there becomes a big possibility of fertilization.is this possible?please help.this is the last topic i haven't gotten any info on...thanks...
