Very Serious, long, detailed question.Legal istance?

If there was any kind of domestic abuse there are domestic violence centers all over the USA that can connect with one another. I would start out there & see where that takes you. Alot of times they also know the lawyers that need to do there share of pro-bono (not sure on the spelling) that they have to get in for their share. At least that way Texas can help with the California part because across state lines can be difficult. Good luck
