Is this a good idea.. A creative way of dealing with coworkers on ego trips, yachts, addiction, and narcisism?

I want to make these people Cranes to share with them the possibility that they are engaging the side of them that is more positive. Saying things like "teamwork" positive energy!" warm!," could this backfire? Just a crane with a nice little message?
