Why wont my motorcycle start after the winter sitting?

The above answers are only guessing, because we don't know what model it is. I've never heard of a 4-stroke dirt bike without a battery, unless it's a motocrosser, and I've never heard of a 4-stroke motocrosser that small. Quite happy to have my knowledge base expanded, though.
