What can I do to help him?

Hi my name is lakshmi and In my cl I have this different kid. He is a boy. He also has big that r perky and pointy like girls.Every one makes fun of him because when he runs they shake like a girls s. But he is not fat.That's still fine but we also have swimming cles together. Instead of shorts and no top he wears a bikini! The teachers r telling him to!!! He changes in the family area. But just today he asked me to mage his and help put on his bra!! Should I help I think yes but I need your opinions ? Thoughtful answers please. Girls and boys don't be rude!!!
