What are some of the local /traditional dishes of your country?

spatzle!!! (pronounced spetchla) its just egg and flour with some seasonings, it has to get to kinda doughy consistancy then you can put it on a cuttign bored and make it into little peices and put it into boiling water or use the spatzle maker for it then usually serve it with brown gravy and pork
