Pc help please ??????????????

I have windows 7 on my pc when i turn the pc on and boots normaly but when the log in screen apperas this message appear " microsoft visual c++ runtime library " " this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual wayy " and i cant log on to my pc. How can i fix it please.
