burn the tree down using incendio than take two benches and stack them ontop of each other using wingardium leviosa climb up along the way you will need to repair things so you can climb them when you get near colins camera there should be spots where you can step out use wingardium leviosa to get it down just drop it off the ledge hope theis helps
