16th Birthday Plans?!?!PLEASE HELP!!!!?

alright, so my 16th birthday is coming up and i really want to do something fun and unique,that wouldnt be insanely expensive. I was thinking along the lines of bungee jumping,skydiving or hangliding, but skydiving you have to be over 18 hangliding everyone needs a parent or guardian present and I cant find a bungee jumping place near where I live, I live in northern virginia, so i would like to find something relativly within the area, like not much more than a 3 hour drive. if you have any ide of something i could do thats close by, please help, oh! and keep in mind that virginia is cooling down, so things like parasailing would be difficult/annoying. My group would be 3-6 people, idk the exact number yet,but I really need to figure something out asap, please please please help if you can, thanks so much for any help/advice you give! :)
