Is the Nishiki Pueblo a good bike?

Problem with bikse sold at Target or Wallmart is that they get built at the store. The bikes come disembled from the factory to reduce cost. It is the same thing at the bike store but they know what they are doing. Bike stores need to sell more expensive bikes to pay for this labor. A $10,000 can be the best bike in the world but poorly emble it is junk.
