Yes it is illegal for both of those things. If the cop smells alcohol or weed then he will give you a drug test to make sure that you have it in you and if you test positive then they will take the necessary action to make sure that you get punished. It is a constitutional amendment that the legal drinking age is 21 and if a cop has any reason to believe that you have been drinking (strange behavior, smell of breath) then it is his responsibility to enforce the law on you. It is also illegal to consume weed anywhere in the united states unless you have it under prescription for medical usage. It is a federal law and each state has different punishments for it. If the cop smells weed then he will test you and arrest you if you have any marijuana in your system. Keep in mind that marijuana stays in your system for up to a month so some people who haven't smoked in weeks can still get caught if the cop has reason to believe that you were smoking it.

On my mp4 i try to delete a file and it says cannot read source file corrupted and unreadable what do i do?

I have a question on unethical real estate practices.?

I put in a offer for a bank owned home that was accepted by the seller so we went into contract. The lender that I was preapproved with ended up denying the loan a day before the contract expiration based on the fact that the home was 'dirty'. Exact verbiage on the denial letter advises that the collateral was in poor condition. I found another lender and asked the seller for an extension. I received a e-mail back advising that they would sign an addendum extending the contract however I would be subject to a $200/day penalty. I signed and had the bank expedite the loan. for 7 days we asked for the extension which the selling agent advised she would get for us. The day we were ready to close the selling agent advised that the seller accepted another offer. We are very concerned that the selling agent may have purposely stalled us to accept a higher offer from her own client to make more money and not have to split commission with our realtor. Is there any recourse in this case?

Pregnant Chihuahua....Abort or keep?

I have a 4 year old chihuahua. She was found four years ago by my roomate. We tried to find her owners, but never found them. Shortly after she broke her two front legs. She had surgery and recovered fine. Now, she's pregnant. I have no idea how this happened, i am mortified. The only dog I think that could have gotten to her is my sisters dog. Which is a mut. He's about 25 lbs, Bella is only about 6-7 lbs. I am petrified of her not being able to carry a bigger dogs pups and I worry for her arms. I know in the cold her arms bother her (doc says she has arthritis) but she's packin on the weight, and packing it fast. Is an abortion the best thing for her? Just asking in the mean time before I take her to the vet this week. I'm sittin on nails, thanks to anyone who answers.

No, what you could've done is slipstreamed those updates into the installation media, but Windows won't automatically recognize the files and install them. Your best bet is to either take your computer to a location where broadband is available, or go to a location where broadband is available and download the latest service pack and update rollups, take those home and install them, and then run Windows Update.

Does Babesiosis interfere with standard Lyme Treatment?
